Winter Lacrosse is a great opportunity to start the year off honing the skills learned in the Spring, Summer and Fall. We will focus on local gameplay often in a smaller setting. Short fields and small rosters allows for more touches on the ball and increased awareness as each player is forced to be engaged in the game.

Location: John B. Lewis Soccer Complex in East Asheville and Launch Trampoline Park
Dates: January 7th through February 21st (Sundays and Wednesdays)
Age groups:
7U Boys and Girls Wednesdays 5:00-7:00pm at Launch Trampoline Park (Beginner/Intro)
8U-10U Boys Sundays 12:00-1:30pm @JBL (skills and scrimmage)
12U-14U Boys Sundays 1:30pm-3:00pm @JBL (League Games)
10U, 12U, 14U Girls Sundays 12:00pm-1:30pm @JBL (skills and scrimmage)
