7/8 years old and under

At 7/8U, our USA Lacrosse certified coaches have developed a curriculum which will teach players the fundamentals of the sport of lacrosse – including stick handling, cradling, passing and shooting. Since lacrosse combines the basic skills used in soccer, basketball, and hockey into one fast paced, high scoring game, players at this level will come away with a solid understanding of the game and its traditions in a fun, non-checking environment. Our passionate coaches will ensure that players not only learn the sport of lacrosse, but also important life skills such as respect, teamwork, and discipline.

**For insurance purposes, all new players will be expected to become members of USA Lacrosse and returning players will be expected to renew membership to USA Lacrosse. Membership fees will not be included in spring registration.
