LACROSSE SUMMER CAMP

Asheville Empire Lacrosse offers Summer Lacrosse Camp July 28th through August 1st. Our Summer Camp is for boys and girls ages 6-14 with or without lacrosse experience. Our Camp Counselors will cater to whatever skill level you are so that you are learning at the appropriate level. In addition to lacrosse instruction and play, we will have plenty of fun games and activities to keep the campers entertained and engaged.

General Daily Camp Schedule

July 28th-August 1st 2025

9:00am – Check In/Roll Call

9:05am – Basic Lacrosse Instruction and Drills

10:30am – Break/Snacks/Rest

11:00am – Position Specific Stations/Free Play

12:00pm – Lunch — HALF DAY CAMPER PICKUP

12:45pm – Scrimmage Games/Mini Lacrosse

1:45pm – Water Break/Rest

2:05pm – Games/Games/Games

3:00-3:30pm Clean up/Pick up

All Players Must Bring the Following Items

Water Bottle and Water

Bagged Lunch

Extra Shoes or Sandals/Slides

Sunscreen

Backpack/Bag to keep items safe and secure
