Backyard Lacrosse is Empire’s version of Speed Lacrosse. It is very fast paced and action packed. We encourage creativity and exploration with the lacrosse stick. Nothing is off limits when it comes to passing or shooting. With Backyard Lacrosse it is a very low pressure and fun environment where players can escape the distraction of dealing with contact while improving stick skills and quick decision making.
